Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you’re looking to return your order because of damaged goods, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase.
Q: Are there any exceptions to the return policy?
A: Unfortunately, yes:-
(1) Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
(2) We do not except return of goods due to wrong size, hence please ensure your selection and the measurement is immaculate as per instructed in the website.
Q: What other infos on your return policy I should be aware of?
A: These are important notes:-
(1) Refund will be made within 7 working days.
(2) We do not cover shipping fee of returning the goods however we cover the shipping fee or exchange goods.
Q: What happen to return purchases that are lost in transit?
A: We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
